A little about me…
I was a resident of Middlesex County from 1975 until 2022 and know the ins and outs like the back of my hand. With family residing in Monmouth County, I am as equally knowledgeable of that area as well and currently now live in Ocean county. I service the majority of the state , as I do belong to several MLS boards and love my state. At 15 yrs old I started working with family business on weekends and school days off on new construction homes. Truly enjoying home improvement and construction projects, I now have a great general idea and knowledge of many stages and areas of home repair. Started to follow the local housing market when I was seventeen and can honestly say, I didn't get into Real Estate, it got into me. Built my home in East Brunswick in 2001 and handled the necessary paperwork and contractors for the entire process. Purchased a foreclosing home in 2004 with my sister to flip and continued to learn a great deal of that process throughout my career. In 2021 I made the decision to move and build a new home, again. I was the acting GC and handled every aspect of the build from a treed lot to the final certificate of occupancy.
I have an eye for design, layout, color, staging and remodeling possibilities in a home rather quickly.
