A little about me…
Born in Jersey City and raised in Old Bridge Township, I have spent my life immersed in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. I understand these communities not just from market data — but from lived experience.
Real estate has been part of my life since my teenage years, working alongside family in new construction. That early exposure shaped how I evaluate homes today — with a trained eye for structure, layout, and long-term value.
I don’t just see finishes. I see framing, flow, and possibility.
In 2001, I built my first home — navigating financing, contractors, and construction firsthand. In 2021, I did it again, acting as general contractor from a wooded lot to final certificate of occupancy.
Managing permits, variances, inspections, trades, and design decisions personally gives me a perspective few agents can offer. I understand zoning challenges, renovation feasibility, and what truly adds value — because I’ve lived it.
Whether advising buyers on potential or preparing sellers for market, my guidance is rooted in experience.
Over the years, I’ve followed the housing market closely — from newspaper listings in my teens to today’s data-driven environment.
I have an eye for design, staging, and remodeling possibilities, often recognizing opportunity within moments of walking into a home. My construction background allows me to assess both aesthetics and structure with confidence.
As a member of multiple MLS boards, a commissioned Notary Public and a licensed Title Settlement Agent, I provide broad market access and added convenience for my clients.
Real estate isn’t something I fell into. It’s something that grew with me — and continues to evolve with every client I serve.
